Kingdom Association of Convenant Pastors

Our Covenant

Our Theological Position

Kingdom Association of Covenant Pastors (KACP) is a Christ Centered fellowship providing a context for pastors to explore ways to make full proof of the ministries to which they have been assigned. Because KACP believes "Iron Sharpens Iron” (Proverbs 27:17), pastors are encouraged to share ideas that are effective in their local context that could be beneficial to others in the fellowship.

Pastors, in order to be successful in ministry, need safe places of spiritual accountability. The stress of ministry and the overwhelming demands that are placed on the pastor demand that he or she have effective mentoring and positive peer relationships. KACP is called to provide such atmosphere. (Numbers 27:18-23; Acts 16:1-5).

Ministry is always in flux. Change is necessary to keep the fresh water if kingdom provision available for the thirsty travelers who seek rest in the sanctuaries around this country. KACP provides a venue for critically examining the changing needs of congregations and how the Absolutes of our faith, (the Sovereignty of God, the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, Sin, etc.), are to be interpreted and then proclaimed to address both the hunger and need of congregations.

Models of ministry are expensive and often create a financial demand that is hard to satisfy. Many Pastors carry visions and ideas for which adequate financing seems unavailable. KACP seeks to offer both exposure to options and creative designs to accomplish ministry in a financially high demand time and to in some areas pool resources from churches within the fellowship to maximize congregational numerical strength and geographical relationships and connections.
